Property Manager Responsible for Service, Operations, and Room Bookings

The multi-activity house Arena Satelliten belongs to the Culture and Leisure Office and is approximately 5,300 square meters large.

The building houses the Youth House, sports hall, gymnastics hall, and several rental spaces. It also accommodates Indra trans queer and girls' emergency services, Sollentuna Volleyball, Sollentuna Gymnasts, Tureberg Basketball, schools, and others who rent our facilities.

The unit consists of seven employees, including a unit manager and an operations manager for the Youth House. We are an ambitious team with a strong sense of service and a focus on quality. The group has broad expertise in areas such as event safety, social work, music, sound and lighting, leisure management, project management, safety work, and graphic design.

Job Responsibilities

As a property manager, you have a central and important role in ensuring that the building is functional. Your tasks are varied and consist of:

• Providing service and support to visitors and participating in events.
• Managing room rentals, bookings, and basic handling of AV technology.
• Handling locks, alarms, tags, and key management.
• Working with systematic fire safety work and quality controls of cleaning.
• Performing inspections, reporting faults, and carrying out minor maintenance and craft tasks.
• Managing mail, waste, purchases, and deliveries.
• Contributing to internal and external communication as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative tasks such as bookings, communication, and handling of keys, tags, or systems like locks/alarms.
• Experience working systematically with routines, such as fire safety work, quality controls, or similar.
• Practical work experience, such as assembly, moving furniture, mail and waste management, or other logistics.
• We are looking for someone with a completed high school education or work experience deemed relevant by the employer.

Experience working with sports halls/gymnastics halls is an advantage.

As a person, you are solution-oriented with the ability to find practical ways forward that contribute to making our visions a reality in the building's environments. You have good social skills and a strong sense of service. It is important that you can switch between having a holistic perspective and working at a detailed level. The job requires you to be self-driven and able to plan and prioritize your tasks well. You are a proactive initiator and a creative problem solver with the ability to come up with quick solutions. You also have good knowledge of the Office suite and can communicate well in both spoken and written Swedish.

The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%). The job includes working evenings and weekends as needed.

A probationary period may be applicable, and we apply individual salary setting. As you will come into contact with young people, a background check will be conducted if employment becomes relevant.
